I'm Saameh, a junior researcher working with a wonderful group of people on task-based fMRI data. We're using BOLD signal timeseries to create models of human Working Memory.
My primary responsibility has been the design and creation of our neural networks. We've created parallel GNN-LSTM models and MLPs. Right now, we're focusing on improving those models and adding 4D Convolutional and 3D-UNet modules to increase their utilty. This will allow us to study Working Memory and its structure and funtions with more granularity with our little WoMAD model.
